1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RynoxX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

RynoxX is an insurance analytics platform for iPhone, including modules such as Agent Performance, Client Database, New Business, Healthcare Facility Locator, Balanced Scorecard, Persistency Ratio, and Rate of Conversion.

3. User Accounts

You must have a valid account or license to use RynoxX. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring authorized access to your data

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RynoxX only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the application to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the application
• Reverse engineer or modify the application

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some app features require an active subscription. Where offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account, and subscription management/cancellation is available in your Apple ID subscription settings.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of RynoxX is subject to our Privacy Policy. You grant RynoxX permission to process data you provide or authorize, solely to deliver app functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

RynoxX and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RynoxX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the application will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RynoxX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of RynoxX after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to RynoxX immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
