1. Scope

This policy explains how the RynoxX iPhone app handles your data. RynoxX is a professional analytics platform for insurance agents. The iPhone app connects to your RynoxX account and displays analytics data that has been synchronised to your account via the RynoxX Desktop application. The iPhone app does not perform data extraction — it is a read-only analytics viewer and companion to the desktop platform.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information (such as email address) for sign-in and account management.
• Business data synchronized to your account from the RynoxX Desktop application — such as agent and policy performance records. On iPhone, this data is read and displayed; it is not entered or modified on the device.
• Photo library content only when you choose a profile photo.
• Location data only when you use the Healthcare Facility Locator.
• Calendar data (write-only usage) when you choose to add reminders from the app.
• Optional AI insight input/output when you use AI analysis features with a configured Gemini API key.
• Usage events (such as app launch and sign-in) along with device model, iOS version, and app version, for internal analytics and support purposes. No advertising identifiers are used.

3. How We Use Data

• Provide authentication and core app functionality.
• Display dashboards, analytics, and module results.
• Enable optional features you trigger (photos, location lookup, calendar reminders).
• Generate optional AI insights for KPI analysis when you choose to use that feature.
• Maintain security, reliability, and support operations.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase for authentication and backend data services.
• Google Gemini API for optional AI KPI analysis when enabled by you.
• Apple frameworks such as Photos, Location Services, and EventKit for device-level features.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate requested app features, or when required by law.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep data only as needed for app operation, security, legal obligations, and support. You may request account/data deletion by contacting us at the email below.

7. Permissions and Controls

Location, Photos, and Calendar access are optional and requested in context. You can revoke permissions anytime in iOS Settings. Revoking a permission only disables related functionality.

Face ID / Biometrics: The app offers an optional biometric app lock using Face ID. Biometric data is processed entirely on-device by Apple's frameworks (LocalAuthentication) and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
