Getting Started
- Download and install RynoxX on macOS or Windows.
- Sign in with your licensed account credentials.

License & Activation

- Each license supports one active installation at a time.

iPhone Companion App
- Available to existing RynoxX PC license holders as a monthly add-on.
- Requires an active PC license and internet connection.
- A 5-day free trial is included upon first sign-in.

Data & Sync Issues
- Ensure RynoxX is running in online mode for accurate syncing.
- For stale data on iOS, trigger a fresh extraction from the PC app.
- If you've subscribed to the Managed Auto-Extraction service, contact us if data hasn't refreshed within the expected window.

How do I reset my password?
Contact support via WhatsApp or email with your registered account ID. We'll assist with verification and reset.
Can I use RynoxX on multiple devices?
Each PC license covers one active desktop installation. The iPhone app is a separate add-on that can run alongside your PC license.
Is internet required?
Yes — RynoxX requires an active internet connection for data extraction, sync, and authentication. Offline mode is not supported.
How do I request a refund or cancellation?
PC licenses are lifetime access (one-time purchase) and non-refundable once activated. iPhone app subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via the App Store. Contact us if you have concerns.

Data is stored locally on your device and via Supabase-powered backend services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
