How do I reset my password?

Contact support via WhatsApp or email with your registered account ID. We'll assist with verification and reset.

Can I use RynoxX on multiple devices?

Each PC license covers one active desktop installation. The iPhone app is a separate add-on that can run alongside your PC license.

Is internet required?

Yes — RynoxX requires an active internet connection for data extraction, sync, and authentication. Offline mode is not supported.

How do I request a refund or cancellation?

PC licenses are lifetime access (one-time purchase) and non-refundable once activated. iPhone app subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via the App Store. Contact us if you have concerns.

Data is stored locally on your device and via Supabase-powered backend services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
