๐ฑ Download the App
Search for "RygonN" in the Apple App Store, or follow the direct link sent by your administrator.
๐ Sign In
Sign in with the email and password issued to you. Access is restricted to authorised agents only.
๐ Allow Notifications
We recommend allowing notifications so you're alerted when new circulars or documents are synced.
๐ Enable Biometric Lock
Set up Face ID or Touch ID in app settings for quick and secure access to your platform.
3. Module Guide
๐ Quotation
- Select your product from the list: Chinta, Evo, Majestik, Evolusi, or Mediharapan (if available).
- Step through the parameter selection: Gender โ Smoking Status โ ANB โ Term (where applicable).
- Review the Selection Summary, then tap Get PDF Quotation to generate and share the PDF.
- Use Reset to start a fresh quotation for a different prospect.
๐ Circular
- Lists all the latest policy and company circulars in date order.
- Documents auto-sync from the server โ pull to refresh if you don't see recent circulars.
- Tap any circular to view or share it.
๐ผ Marketing Info
- Contains product brochures and official marketing materials.
- Use the search bar to find a specific product or brochure title.
๐ Forms
- All application, claim, and endorsement forms organised into folders: New Business, Customer Service, Claims, Agency Distribution.
- Use Abc A-Z sort button to toggle between sort orders.
- Search by filename to quickly locate the form you need.

Certificates
- Contains your officially signed certificates issued by the company.
- Tap to view; use the share button to send to a client or save to Files.

- Comprehensive list of nationwide panel hospitals.
- Use search to find hospitals by name or region.
- Helpful when advising clients on their medical card coverage during sales meetings.
4. Common Issues
Cannot sign in
- Ensure you are using the credentials issued to you by the administrator.
- Check your internet connection โ an active connection is required to sign in.
- If you've forgotten your password, contact support via WhatsApp with your registered email.
Documents not loading / syncing
- Check your internet connection.
- Pull down to refresh within the module to force a sync.
- Sign out and sign back in to reset the sync state.
- If the issue persists, contact support โ it may be a server-side sync issue.
Quotation not generating
- Ensure you have selected all required parameters (a checkmark appears when each step is complete).
- Some products show "Not Available" if the quotation table for that configuration hasn't been loaded yet.
- Contact support if a product that should be available is showing as unavailable.
Biometric lock not working
- Ensure Face ID or Touch ID is set up in iOS Settings โ Face ID & Passcode.
- Open the app and go to Settings โ Enable Biometric Lock.
- If the option is greyed out, check that the app has the necessary permission in iOS Settings.
5. Frequently Asked Questions
Who can use RygonN?
RygonN is restricted to authorised insurance agents. Accounts are provisioned individually by the administrator. You cannot self-register โ contact us via WhatsApp to enquire about access.
Is RygonN related to RynoxX?
They are separate applications from the same developer but serve different users. RynoxX (desktop/iPhone) is designed for leaders and managers โ analytics, data extraction, team KPIs. RygonN is designed for field agents โ quotations, forms, circulars, and marketing tools.
Does the app work offline?
A live internet connection is required to sign in, sync documents, and generate quotations. Once documents are cached, basic browsing of previously synced content may work, but syncing new content requires connectivity.
Is my client data safe?
Yes. All data is end-to-end encrypted in transit. RygonN does not store prospect or client personal data โ the quotation tool only uses the parameters you select (gender, age, smoking status) and these are not saved or transmitted beyond generating the quotation result on screen.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If RygonN uses in-app subscriptions, they can be managed and cancelled in iOS Settings โ Your Name โ Subscriptions. Contact us if you need assistance or have a billing concern.
How do I request account deletion?
Email
mohdereezal@gmail.com with your registered email address and a deletion request. We will process it within 7 business days.
