Privacy Policy

1. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies solely to the RygonN iOS application (available on the Apple App Store). If you are looking for the privacy policy of the RynoxX desktop or iPhone analytics app, please see rynoxx.net/privacy.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect biometric data. Face ID / Touch ID authentication is handled entirely by Apple's iOS framework and the biometric data never leaves your device.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and enforce authorised-agent-only access.
• To sync document libraries (forms, circulars, marketing info, certificates, panel hospital lists) to your device.
• To generate local quotation results based on your parameter selections.
• To maintain security, reliability, and to support troubleshooting for your account.
• To enforce session management (auto-lock, background refresh).

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
• We do not collect location data — the app has no location permission.
• We do not collect photo library data — the app has no camera or photo permission.
• We do not collect contact lists or identifiers beyond what is listed above.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or serve ads.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — Backend database and authentication services. Data stored with Supabase is subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store — Handles application distribution. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Apple Biometric Framework — Face ID / Touch ID for optional biometric lock. No biometric data is transmitted to our servers.

6. Data Storage & Retention

Document libraries (forms, circulars, etc.) are cached locally on your device for offline access and are periodically refreshed from our sync servers. Cached data is cleared when you sign out.

Account data is retained as long as your agent account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data is only shared with:

• Authorised service providers (e.g., Supabase) strictly necessary to operate the app.
• Law enforcement when legally required and only to the extent required by law.

8. Security

RygonN employs the following security measures:

• End-to-end encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS).
• Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure each agent can only access their authorised data.
• Biometric lock (Face ID / Touch ID) enforced at the app level.
• Access is restricted to individually provisioned agent accounts.

9. Subscriptions & Billing

If RygonN offers in-app subscriptions, all billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account. We do not collect or store credit card or payment information. Subscription management and cancellation is available in your Apple ID Settings.

10. Children's Privacy

RygonN is a professional platform intended for adult insurance agents. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.

11. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate account data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Permission Revocation: Any iOS permission granted to the app can be revoked in iOS Settings at any time, which disables the associated functionality only.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of RygonN constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
